Delivery Policy

At Roarlabs, we’re committed to getting your orders to you swiftly and securely. Enjoy free delivery on all orders £40 and above! These will be dispatched via Royal Mail Tracked service, ensuring peace of mind with every purchase. For orders under £40, a nominal fee of £2.99 applies, also sent via Royal Mail Tracked service. While services usually arrive the next day, please allow 1 to 3 working days for your order to reach you.

To ensure prompt delivery, all orders placed before 2 pm (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day. Orders after 2 pm will be sent out the following working day. Please note, for orders placed on Friday before 2 pm, expect your delivery the following Monday as we do not offer weekend deliveries. Similarly, orders placed on public holidays will be dispatched the next working day.
